We visit your site
-
We provide advice how to best integrate bachkit on your property and co-ordinate the following into a preliminary agreement:

1. You fill out the bachkit™ site brief
2. We visit your site within 1hr radius of Perth CBD – other areas quoted on request 
3. We confirm local council requirements
4. We obtain a site survey on your behalf
5. There is a deductable fee charged for drawing up the Preliminary Agreement

(Any external consultants and documents required are at client’s cost)

We prepare a contract for you

You receive your personal bachkit™ pack including a site plan, a formal contract and final fixed price

We build it
-

1. You pay a deposit, less the Preliminary Agreement fee.
2. We lodge and obtain building consent.
3. The building program is confirmed (usually 12 weeks)
4. We commence the manufacturing of your bachkit™
5. You pay the next instalment once the product is shipped from NZ
   
6. Construction – you pay progress payments during the construction phase.
   
7. We complete the bachkit™

Once the finishing touches are complete, all we need is your final payment, and your bachkit™ is ready to enjoy
