bachkit™ is the creation of a collaborative effort. The ingenious design was first penned by Andre Hodgskin Architects of New Zealand – winner of many industrial awards worldwide. bachkit™ Ltd has been producing modular homes in New Zealand for over 8 years. The latest designs are now available across Australia with the head office based in Perth, Western Australia.

The result is a proven, simple and cost effective construction process, fully imported with an optimum level of structural integrity.

With its clean lines and attention to detail, bachkit™ compliments any landscape. The large overhanging roof is matched with a deck of the same size. Shade in summer and protection in winter.

In summer open both the aluminium louvre and glass sliding panels to blur the lines between indoors and outdoors. Or open only the aluminium louvre panels to keen the warmth in but still enjoy the view.

When it comes time to leave, just hose it down and then lock it up. Both the interior and exterior have been specially designed for low maintenance.

Your bachkit™ is built with quality products by our specialist Master Builders, is covered by the builders structural warranty and takes around 12 weeks to build.
